  • Available as a resource to all partners and clients, by phone or email, to provide updates, follow up, and answer all questions

  • Willing to go above and beyond for every borrower and partner

  • Communicates clearly, honestly, and responds in a timely fashion

  • Dedicated to representing Colten Mortgage in a respectable and professional manner

  • Familiar with social media, computers, and technology

  • Has a passion for helping people with financing solutions that will best serve them

  • Follows both company and legal compliance regulations and policies, including training, advertising, and licensing/education requirements
